Refund Policy/Cancellation

Thank you for choosing USA Brands Makers Inc. for your business branding and digital marketing needs. Please read our Refund Policy and Cancellation terms carefully before proceeding with our services.
1. Refund Eligibility:
- No refunds will be issued after the client requests revisions or changes to the initial design/service.
2. Cancellation Period:
- Clients may cancel their project within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted after the design process has commenced.
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via Ben@UsaBrandsMakers.com
4. No-Refund Situations:
- Once the client has requested revisions, the project becomes ineligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the design process has commenced.
5. Cancellation Process:
- Clients wishing to cancel their project must notify us in writing via Ben@UsaBrandsMakers.com.
- Cancellations made within the specified time period (within 7 days from the date of purchase) will receive a full refund.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the design process has started.
- Change of mind will nullify the refund eligibility.
- Finding or choosing other vendors/service providers for a cheaper price than us or any other reason.
6. Communication of Design Approval:
- Client approval of the initial design must be communicated clearly in writing. Any subsequent revision requests will nullify the refund eligibility.
7. Project Commencement:
- The design process is considered to commence once our team initiates work on the project.
8. Exceptions:
- In exceptional cases, where unforeseen circumstances arise, USA Brands Makers Inc. reserves the right to review and consider refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
